Strong knowledge of the Robotic Process Automation / RPA best practices 3+ years programming or development experience ideally in C# .net Scripting knowledge or experience of scripting languages, such as VBScript, Python, JavaScript, etc
Ability to understand and produce business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills Understanding of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six-Sigma Experience with other AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies beneficial.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end RPA automation (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) using recommended best practices.
- Participate in design, scrum and other development meetings Engage in discovery and identification of automation processes, proactively seek and suggesting improvements, outline any risks and recommend optimal solutions.
- Integrate automation workflows using RPA into existing business processes and business applications (internal or client).
- Ensure appropriate fail-over and exception-handling is fully incorporated in deployed automated solutions.
- Work closely with business analyst, project managers, product owners, and functional experts (business) to validate technical integration and development conforms to requirements.
- Work with SMEs to ensure requirements are thorough and complete Manage incidents and change requests to support RPA development and maintenance.

- Experience with MS Power Platform especially Power Automate.
- Experience in Programming preferably with .Net (C#/VB) or Java or Python.
- Experience with Regex, XML & JSON.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
- Experience with document extraction technologies (AWS Textract, ABBYY, UiPath doc understanding).
- Experience with Machine Learning, Natural Language or AI modelling Client facing experience.
- Understanding of business process mapping methodology.
